Data collected upon use of application 

When you use our application, we ask for your name, phone number, and email address, as well as the request details, when you register or submit an inquiry using our application. As needed to provide our services, we may additionally ask for other personal information such as your physical address, contact information, date of birth, and country of residence.

We use this information to register you and allow you to use our website and application, as well as to resolve any inquiries you might have.

We may also contact you through email several times after your initial inquiry to follow up on your inquiry and confirm that we have addressed your concerns to your satisfaction. We'll do so because it's in our best interest to provide accurate information about our services.

Similarly, if you sign up to get information about Matensa services, we may send you notifications that we think you'll find valuable. You can opt-out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button in the marketing emails you get from us or by visiting www.matensa.com. Going forward, we will apply your latest preferences. 

We will not use your personal information to make automated decisions that could affect you. When you submit information to Matensa, you expressly consent to Matensa or its service providers to store, process, disclose, and/or otherwise use the information.

Who has access to your information? 

Our users’ personal information will assist us in tailoring our services according to our customers' demands and in gaining a better knowledge of their needs. This information is collected to authenticate the identity of Matensa users and to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations. 

Only our employees, agents, service providers, and associated companies that require knowing will have access to your personal information, which will not be open to the public for observation.  We do not provide any service providers permission to use or disclose your information.

Matensa may use non-personalized data to assist its internal business objectives, data analysis, product development, service enhancement, and advertising campaign effectiveness measurement (on an anonymous basis).

We may preserve data obtained from users through the application and other means until it is no longer required to fulfil the original reason for which it was intended to be used, and/or to fulfil a contractual obligation with you (legitimate purpose), and/or until relevant laws demand it.

Matensa is devoted to preserving your personal information and respecting your privacy. We strive to protect sensitive information and have prepared this privacy and security statement to share and explain Matensa's current practices.

Matensa has implemented the following technological and administrative procedures to secure data from loss, falsification, or disclosure to unauthorized third parties:

Matensa uses firewalls to prevent unauthorized access to its servers, housed in a secure location accessible only to Matensa authorized personnel.

According to Lebanese law dated 03/09/1956, all employees and those involved in data processing are required to comply with all rules relating to data protection and banking secrecy.

We limit access to personal data about you to personnel who require it to provide you with products or services. We keep suitable administrative, technological, and physical precautions in place to protect the personal data we have about you from accidental or illegal destruction, loss, unauthorized alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, misuse, and any other kind of unlawful processing.

When there is no longer a corporate requirement for personal information, we also eliminate or permanently de-identify personal data. The types of precautions we implement depend on the type of data and how it is gathered and stored. However, despite these measures, Matensa cannot guarantee complete security at all times.
